MARIA CEREZO Maria at the age of 91 years, passed away peacefully with her family at her side at the Seven Oaks Hospital. She will be lovingly remembered by her children, Ester, Alejandro, Josie, Dina and Roseann. She also leaves to mourn many grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She will also be missed by extended family and many friends. She was predeceased by her loving husband Segundo and her son Alvaro. Maria was a loving and devoted mother and grandmother. She will be sadly missed but will live on forever in the hearts of those she touched. Special thanks to Bernie Dyck home care coordinator and all home care staff especially Priscilla, all the nurses and staff of Seven Oaks Hospital for their kindness and compassionate care. Prayers with viewing will be held on Sunday, February 27 from 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. in the chapel of Glen Eden Funeral Home, 4477 Main St. Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Monday, February 28 at 10:00 a.m. at St. Marys Cathedral, 353 St. Mary Ave. Interment Glen Eden Memorial Gardens. A gathering of family and friends will follow in the Glen Eden Reception Centre. Pallbearers will be Henryk Ralcewicz, Eric Brennan, Jim Hansley, Tuan Le, Ben Arroz and Mike Wyang.
